Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Ecnobis uses on ecnobis.com and how you can manage them. We apply the Google Consent Mode v2 model to respect your preferences.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file downloaded to your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language, an active session or the pages visited.
2. Necessary cookies
They are essential for the site to work: they handle the session, security and load balancing. They do not require your consent and cannot be turned off. Examples: ecnobis_session, ecnobis_csrf.
3. Analytics cookies
They allow us to measure site usage on an aggregated and anonymous basis (page views, time on site, device). We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. They are only enabled if you accept the analytics category.
4. Advertising cookies
They are used to show you Ecnobis ads outside the site (Google Ads, Meta) and measure their effectiveness. They are only enabled if you accept the advertising category.
5. Functional cookies
They remember your preferences, such as language (Spanish or English) and cookie banner acceptance. They are enabled if you accept the functional category.
6. Google Consent Mode v2
When you accept or reject categories in the banner, we send the ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals to Google. If you reject, Google receives aggregated and anonymous data with no personal identifiers.
7. How to manage your cookies
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking on "Configure cookies" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
8. Duration
Necessary cookies last for the session. Analytics up to 24 months. Advertising up to 13 months. Functional up to 12 months.
